While looking out of my window, being a silent observer of the playgrounds, passing by the chirpy corridors, devouring the musical chit chat, I often wonder, is this the perfect way. we are nurturing the future? And then, when the dispersal bell rings, all my little Rainbows come out with happy faces, sparkling eyes, looking still afresh even after a whole tiring day and I get my answer. I clearly see see my goal ! We have to make this smile a constant part of their persona, through thick and thin, through success and failures, through joys and sorrows, through the battles won and lost. At the end of everything they should stand tall , smiling irrespective of the outcomes.
Here, at Rainbow School, our prime motive is not to educate or teach whatever we know, but to give our students a chance to discover their true potential and hone their own skills to shine in their own unique way. We don’t teach ! We facilitate, we guide, we listen, we share and above all we too learn.
